All our products are customized upon order placement. If you desire to cancel or modify your order, kindly send us an email promptly after placing it. You have the flexibility to edit your order until it enters the production phase. It is important to note that the duration before production may vary, ranging from two hours to twelve hours, depending on our current production capacity.

Once your order has entered the production phase, cancellation is not possible. However, depending on the circumstances, you may be eligible for a replacement.
